Sam started working at Wingham and Valley Vets as an animal attendant in 2023. Prior to joining our team, Sam worked as an animal assistant at a local breeder for six years and she knew from then that she wanted to further her career caring for all things great and small.

Sam currently holds a Certificate 2 in Animal Studies and she is planning to continue her study, hoping to complete a Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing.

Sam is a wonderful team member and she cares for her patients with dedication and love. Sam demonstrates daily a commitment to learning and to helping her fellow teammates care for their patients, so we feel very fortunate to have such a dedicated person looking after our hospital patients.

Out of work Sam enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, dancing and chilling out with her dog while camping.

When asked about what she loves about working at Wingham & Valley Vets Sam says “No two days are the same. It is hard choosing a special interest as every aspect is awesome, interesting or fascinating. The best thing about WVV is our passion for all animals and our love for each other. We truly have the best team.”
