Natalie South

Our wonderful Receptionist Natalie South is our longest serving staff member and throughout the years she has been the beating heart of Wingham & Valley Vets. Her warmth, empathy and consideration for others has made her a rock that her colleagues and clients can always depend on. Our loyal clients who have been coming to us for decades often comment on how much they love coming in to be greeted by Natalie after all these years.

Not only is Natalie incredibly warm and caring, she thrives on efficiency and prides herself in going above and beyond to assist people with whatever they need. Natalie initially trained as a Certificate 4 Veterinary Nurse at Wingham Veterinary Clinic, where she excelled and became a key member of the Veterinary team. We were so fortunate that Natalie continued her role when the two Wingham Veterinary Hospitals merged to become Wingham & Valley Vets and Natalie has remained a much-valued member of staff ever since.

While working primarily in Reception and Administration in our Hospital, Natalie is an all-rounder with many diverse skills in addition to her Veterinary Nursing capabilities. She has spent time working with Thoroughbreds in the Hunter Valley and her knowledge, experience and caring demeanour are perfect for her role as a TAFE instructor on the days she is not working at Wingham & Valley Vets.

At home she has a beautiful family and a gorgeous Border Collie called Aztec.
