Emma Neilsen 

After completing a retail traineeship in 2010, Emma then completed her Certificate II in Animal Studies in 2011, joining Wingham and Valley Vets as a Receptionist in March 2011. The Hospital is incredibly fortunate to have had a wonderful person with Emma’s diverse skillset join our team. Emma has been irreplaceable ever since and she has helped to shape the Practice into what it is today.

Emma’s bubbly personality and lovely welcoming smile helps to set our clients at ease, and they feel reassured that they and their pets will always be well cared for. Emma is passionate about all animals, and she brings this passion and dedication to her role as our Receptionist each day, with a natural efficiency that makes her perfect for this role. Emma is also our administration officer, handling many of our supplier accounts, bank reconciliation processes and email enquiries.

We feel very fortunate to have such a lovely person with an incredible varied and effective skillset helping to keep our Hospital running well.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending time with her wonderful partner, two beautiful children and playing tennis, hockey, fishing and anything involving the great outdoors.
