Alice graduated from Charles Sturt University Wagga and being originally from Walcha, has a very strong interest in Rural Mixed Practice, especially Cattle Medicine, and has many outstanding academic achievements, winning multiple scholarships and awards.
Alice spent a lot of time at the practice when she was a Veterinary student and we were very impressed with both her knowledge and initiative, so we were thrilled when she accepted a job with us. Alice has quickly progressed to become one of our key Veterinarians and she is integral to the operations in the practice. Alice is always working hard for the betterment of both her patients and fellow staff of the Practice, and it is her commitment to positive change and the development of an efficient workplace with a focus on excellence that has helped to make the Practice what it is today.
Alice is an extremely capable Veterinarian whose commitment, empathy and outstanding knowledge are huge assets to our team. One of Alice’s key attributes is excellent communication and research skills, which ensure she is providing her clients with the most up to date information about their pets’ health.
Alice recently completed a course in Palliative Care and Home Visit Euthanasia and she has helped to develop many of our protocols in this area, so that our patients have the dignified, pain-free and peaceful passing that they deserve.
When we manage to convince Alice to take some well-deserved time off, outside of work she loves the beach and travelling with her partner.
