Amber Bunting
Amber joined the practice in 2015 having come from an excellent small animal practice in Newcastle and she has been a very valuable addition to our team.
Amber has been a veterinary nurse for over 10 years and her special interests are surgical nursing and animal behaviour and training. She has done significant extra study in behaviour and will soon be a Delta-accredited dog trainer. Amber is a very competent, caring and experienced veterinary nurse and she runs our canine teens program and offers a grooming service on Fridays.
Amber is also our nursing team leader and she brings a vast amount of experience to this role. She is a supportive, gifted and motivated teacher and she is always looking for new and exciting ways to improve our standards of care to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our patients.
Amber’s other interests include native wildlife care and outside of work, Amber loves going on adventures with her dogs to the beach, horse riding, vegetable gardening and reading in her hammock.
